The villa consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, 2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom with bunk beds, for a total of 6 beds. The bathroom inside is new with a shower, the veranda is furnished for outdoor dining. There is also a small new bathroom placed in the garden. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets, barbecue, and washing machine. You will find everything you need for cooking (crockery, pots etc...) and cleaning. The mattresses are new.

Everything present in the Villa is regularly reviewed and replaced if broken or worn.

The house is situated in a convenient location close to the beach and the centre of the seaside town of Putzu Idu.

On request, there is availability of linen and towels, cleaning services, babysitting, and rubber dinghy rental.
