Sa Mesa Longa is located near the village of Putzu Idu, in the Province of Oristano. The beach has a sandy bottom gold colour with pinkish nuances;

on the shore you can admire rose shell fragments and stretches of smooth rock. Located between Capo Mannu and Su Pallosu, this particular beach is also called the Laguna thanks to a long flat rock outcropping from the sea that form a long table (“sa mesa”) easy to reach with a short swim, because it is located just meters from the shore.

The beautiful beach offers a variegated and multi-coloured beach, passing from the gold of sand, the red / rosé of the shoreline and the black rocks that cut in two the beach at the water's edge. The shape is that of a huge swimming pool, with shallow waters, which make this beach very impressive and spectacular, among the most beautiful of the West coast of Sardinia.
